Visual Communication

At university we were commissioned to design and produce a campaign to support a new event.  The launch required appropriate accompanying advertising materials to promote it to the public. The client required any design work to be consistent, multi-format and enable the brand to reach new audiences. I chose to create a campaign for a makeup exhibition that would be showcased at Leeds Central Library. This event will include live tutorials of basic and more complex makeup looks to drive a mixed audience and a photo gallery of all the looks with their respective video projected onto the walls. This event is encouraging the public to release their inner artist and 'Create Who You Wish To Be'. Every design was digitally drawn in Illustrator and each makeup look was painted and photographed by me. Below are my final mock-ups for the project and attached is the design process including research and all my documentation.
